Here is a past crocheting project I did awhile back:
I took a Taxi Cab pattern and used the colors close to the Nascar colors to make this afaghan:

I just wanted to share my latest crochet project with everyone who visits my blog site.  I made this American Flag afghan for my daughter.  She has been patiently waiting for one.  In the past I have made several of this same pattern for some family and friends.  So when my daughter unwrapped a rather large package, the joy and emotional looks on her face were priceless.
I apologize the picture I have of the afghan is not the greatest one, but it is the only picture I have of it.  The flag was not laying flat at time of taking picture of this rather large afghan.

Frozen In Time

I was shocked at how effortless this card all came together.  One day after school,  my Granddaughter KK and myself were stamping and coloring up some new stamps I had gotten in the mail.  One of the stamps we were working with was the Super Secret Stamp Club Hooded.  I started coloring the Hooded girl and before I know it, KK is commenting that its reminding her of Elsa from the Disney movie Frozen.  She gave me a great idea and I ran with it....Frozen theme....Hmmm.  It did not take me long to think up something, and I knew exactly what paper I wanted to use and then started digging through my embellishment supplies to find something closely related to frozen theme. Got to just love it when the creative process just flows smoothly.  So, here is the finished card.  I hope you like it and thanks for stopping in to take a look. Birthday Greetings

     A quick post of a birthday card I needed to send out at last minute so it would not be considered late belated greeting.  I was paging through some of paper pad I have been hoarding and thought that some of the decorative pages would make a great birthday card.  So just wanted to post this simple bright and cheery birthday card.  I apologize for not taking a picture of inside of the card.
